Operations Academy Gateway

The Operations Academy Gateway is mandatory for all new staff members working in operations or in a role supporting operations. Other staff members are highly encouraged to take the Gateway. This program seeks to equip you with essential skills in managing operations and understanding the Bank's internal policies and standards. The Gateway comprises 11 courses, the whole Gateway takes about 11 hours to complete.
