Country Manager - Operations Academy

This content of this pathway provides guidance to the Directors General (DGs), Deputy Directors General (DDGs), and Country Managers (CMs) by sharing core skills and competencies necessary to run effective and efficient country offices, regional directorates and the front offices. These courses are open to other staff members, particularly CPOs.  Before undertaking the Country Manager Pathway, the eligible staff should have completed the Gateway and one other Pathway. I.e., Task Manager, Non-Sovereign Operations, or Country Program Pathway
